Evergreen Pest Short Course

The American Phytopathological Society (APS)--in cooperation with the University of Minnesota Department of Plant Pathology and Department of Forest Resources --will sponsor a short course entitled "Evergreen Tree Pest Management" on March 26-27, 1998 in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is a two day, hands-on, intensive workshop covering disease, insect, and abiotic problems of evergreens.

Lead presenter is Dr. Bill Merrill of Penn State University, who has been presenting these workshops for almost 20 years. Attendees will receive a signed certificate of completion along with a copy of Merrill's course book on Christmas tree pest management.

Registration fee is $200 for APS members, $250 for nonmembers. For more information or to register, contact:
