Iowa Crop Management Database classes offered (11/8/1999)

The dates have been set for the Iowa Crop Management Database classes; they are December 15, January 12 and 26, and February 9. Farmers, crop consultants, agricultural suppliers, and anyone else interested in detailed crop production information should attend this class. The Iowa Crop Management Database records agronomic and economic crop production information in an easy-to-use computer database program.

The cost for the class is $100 per person without software, $170 with software for educational institutions, and $200 with software for the public. Contact the Agribusiness Education Program, 2104 Agronomy Hall, Iowa State University, Ames, IA 50011-1010, or call 515-294-6429 to register. Preregistration is required because class size is limited to 15 people. Class registration starts at 9:30 a.m. Class will begin at 10 a.m. and adjourn at 3 p.m.
