The revised Iowa Core Manual (IC 445) is now available at the ISU Extension Distribution Center (EDC). The cost per manual is $7.50 plus shipping and handling. You may order this manual through ISU EDC; their phone number is 515-294-5247. Commercial applicators and handlers may use either the old 1992 Core or the revised 1999 Core to study for an exam taken until June 30, 1999. After June 30, only the 1999 Core Manual should be used to prepare for an exam. Anyone studying from the 1992 version after June 30 may not have all of the information that will be covered on the new exam.
