Last week's article on potato leafhopper management (Potato leafhopper is here [1]) listed suggested labeled insecticides (page 106) for control. By my oversight, Ambush should have been deleted from the list and replaced with Warrior 1EC or Warrior T (encapsulated). Warrior is labeled at 1.92 ounces to 3.2 ounces per acre for leafhoppers and has a preharvest interval of 1 day for haylage and 7 days for hay.
