Who should attend: Farmers and agronomists

Where: Iowa State University Bruner Farm (located 1 mile south of U.S. Highway 30 on "W" Avenue and 1/2 mile east on 240th Street)

When: Thursday, August 24, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Boone County Cattlemen will be grilling hamburgers at noon (there is no charge for this field day).

Speakers: Roger Elmore, ISU Extension corn specialist; Jim Rouse, Iowa Crop Improvement Association corn coordinator, Iowa Crop Performance Tests; Dan Barker, assistant scientist, Department of Agronomy; Lucas Booras, postdoctoral researcher.
