Clinic Services and Information

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The clinic is moving!! We will be moving to a new building on May 1 2018. During the moving process we are concerned that we will not be able to handle samples in a timely manner. Please mail any samples by Monday April 23 or wait until May 7th 2018. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

SAMPLES FROM OUT-OF-STATE: we cannot receive out-of-state samples until our new facility is properly permitted. We will let you know when our new permits are in place and we can receive out-of-state samples.
